Crawling with Cowlicks

I brush his hair - it won't stay down. I brush it again - it won't stay down. Here's a video of Noah thinking about crawling (not yet actually crawling) one morning where you can see his characteristic cowlick. Look like anyone we know?

Maryland for Christmas

Our trip to Maryland for Christmas was great. Noah got to hang out and play with Grandma and Grandpa.

He also got to spend time with his cousins, Hannah and Kyle. Here are some pictures of them.

One thing that was amazing that we found out is that Noah's laugh sounds exactly like Hannah's!

This is a picture of Noah, Hannah, Kyle, and Rachel and Michael's son, Max:

And what would a trip to Maryland be without a trip to Niwano Hana? Noah really liked the sushi!

Christmas day was exhausting . . . so many things to do and play with, so many people to visit with . . . even the dogs were worn out!

We also got to see our friends Dan and Katherine, and their TWO children, Joshua and Rebecca. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good picture of Rebecca, because I was getting over a cold and didn't want to risk getting too close and infecting her with my snotty germs, but hopefully next time.

Claim at Gate. . .

Ah, the airlines make it so easy to travel with children these days, you can just leave them at the end of the ramp and claim them later. So Noah's first flight was a piece of cake! Well . . . in reality we had to bring him with us on the plane to Maryland (imagine!) and he threw up all over Dave during the flight! Better him than me (Oh! Did I say that? Oops). That's ok - we love him anyway!
